Saturday 12/15 |
| Big day and big fun at the park. The weather started off perfect...cool and mid 60's. I pulled up to find Tim Spinosi and Mark Eddings already skating. Eddings was super excited to
tell me the great news that he had done frontside airs again....but he was even more excited to SHOW me! He had not done them since 1993 or so, and I watched as he was popping them
out time and again. In true Eddings form, he said "Chris....man....I was just goin up the wall frontside and thought hey this would be a good time to try a frontside air again
so I just reached down and pulled it off the wall and landed it...I wasn't even thinking of trying it and just did it.....cool man.....after that I just worked up the wall until I
was poppin them out again." Mark had this shit eatin grin ALL day! haha Definately stoked me! Around 5pm as darkness fell, we all started to pack up. Good timing too because
the rain drops started to fall. By the time we had all gotten outside and into our cars, the bottom fell out. It was raining so hard you couldn't even see! Talk about good timing!
