| In the Spring of 1992, the Columbus,Georgia skate shop held a fairly large contest. Folks came from all
around to compete...Birmingham, Atlanta, Mobile, Dothan, Albany, etc. Most notably, Jamie Thomas was in the contest just shortly before he turned pro.
It was suppose to be a simple street contest, but halfway through, a huge thunderstorm hit. So the street contest became an impromptu mini-ramp contest. |
