On Sunday Oct. 29th 2006, Ride Skate Shop held a Halloween Bash party at the Veterans Skate Park in Alabaster, Alabama. Shop owner
Brian Kelly put together an all day event that included a highest ollie and longest ollie contest, free food and free admission to those
dressed in costume as well as spooky Halloween music throughout the day. Brian even opened the park early to accomodate a group of
skaters that came over from Atlanta to visit, and even those guys got into the spirit by dressing up for the event. Another fun day at
the park was had by all. |
